International assessments
The European Economy series contains important reports and communications from the Commission to the European Council and the European Parliament on the economic situation and developments, such as the European Economic Forecasts, the annual EU economy review and the Public Finances in EMU report. They are mainly published under the responsibility of the Directorate General for Economic and Financial Affairs on the behalf of the Commission.
OECD
Twice a year, OECD publishes the report Economic Outlook, which analyses the economic development in member countries. A more in-depth analysis of the Swedish economy is done every other year in the series Economic Survey of Sweden.
IMF
IMF issues the report World Economic Outlook twice a year. It summarises and analyses the current situation in the international economy. Annualy the IMF sends a delegation to its member countries to gather information which is then summarised and commented upon. The end results are called Article IV Consultations.
